Went to the studio tonight and took some flicks of the equipment. None of this is mine by the way, but I’m paying thousands to use it, so ill front like this is my studio for a while. Here’s the pics, ill take some better ones of the full studio and the others later.

I was alone just practicing with the console, got a mid term coming up. Ill have some videos and pics of a session soon. So If your in the Houston area I am recording people for free as more practice. I’m being trained to record and mix any genre but my specialty is r&b and rap. With her new cd New Amerykah coming out this coming Tuesday, I decided to start a new category, then & now, and dedicate it to Erykah Badu. Born and raised in my home state of Texas, Erykah has been making a name for herself since the release of her first single”On & On” in ‘97. I for one am excited to hear the new album, the first single “Honey” is getting played constantly on my ipod.

Ive been slowly turning into a producer over these last couple of years. I started mainly so I can write and record my lyrics without having to pay a producer. Both beats are 2 different tempos and Im still writing to them so look out for that. For now they’ll be called beat one and beat two.
